IKOALA ‘KOALA KOINS’ LOYALTY PROGRAM
ikOala may reward customers for their use of the ikOala website through:
1. A reward for spend on the ikOala website, and
2. A reward for the sharing of ikOala offers through social media channels (not currently available)
3. A reward for the referral of friends to ikOala offers (not currently available)
4. A reward for writing a product review (not currently available)
Koala Koins earned may be used towards purchases of items available for sale on ikOala.
To be eligible to earn Koala Koins you must be a member if ikOala AND you must be logged into your account when completing your purchase on ikOala. ikOala is not responsible for the loss of any Koala Koins that are incurred by a customer if a purchase is completed without these 2 conditions being met, and ikOala is unable to retrospectively apply Koala Koins to your account.
1. Reward for spend on the ikOala website
All product listings earn a registered and logged in ikOala customer Koala Koins once the purchase of that item has been completed. Koala Koins are only earned on the sale value of the product on ikOala and are not earned on the explicit cost of shipping of any goods. Koala Koins are automatically calculated and added to the customer account. There is no limit to the number of Koala Koins that can be earned from the purchase of goods and services through the ikOala website.
Koala Koins earned for purchasing:
1 (one) Koin per $1 spent
however this may change for special promotions or other sales events that will be advised from time to time.
2. Reward for sharing ikOala offers on social networks (when available)
Any social sharing of ikOala offers (on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest) can also earn a registered and logged in ikOala customer Koala Koins once an offer has been shared. ikOala customers are limited to sharing 2 items on each social network per day.
Koala Koins earned for social sharing is:
20 (twenty) Koins per product shared
Customers are limited to 2 shares per day that are eligible to earn Koala Koins
3. Reward for Referral of a Friend (when available)
A referral of a customer to ikOala will earn a registered and logged in ikOala customer referrer Koala Koins rewards points.
Koala Koins earned for referral of a friend:
50 Koins per referral
Customers are limited to one referral per day that is eligible to earn Koala Koins
4. Reward for writing a Product Review (when available)
Product Reviews earn ikOala customers Koala Koin rewards. Registered and logged in ikOala customer are limited to one review per day that will allow them to earn Koala Koins for that review.

20 Koins per review
Customers are limited to one review per day that is eligible to earn Koala Koins
Other Terms and Conditions
(a) Except if ikOala advises you to the contrary, you will only be eligible to earn credits through the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program with respect to purchases of Products, Downloadable Products and Vouchers on ikOala from the time ikOala invites you to participate in the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program. You are not entitled to credits with respect to purchases of Products, Downloadable products and Vouchers prior to your participation in the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program or prior to any new implementation or change in the Koala Koins loyalty program. Koala Koins will not be added retrospectively;
(b) ikOala will credit your Koala Koin account immediately after you have made your purchase;
(c) ikOala may cancel the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program, the terms under which the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program operates (including earning and redemption rates) and/or the balance of any credits earned through the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program for any reason at any time without notice;
(d) The balance of your Koala Koins earned through the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged/redeemed for cash or used for any purpose other than purchasing Products, Downloadable Products and Vouchers on ikOala;
(e) Koala Koins earned through the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program expire 90 days after they have been credited to your ikOala Account;
(g) Koala Koins earned through the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program can be used to make purchases for up to 50% of the value of your next purchase;
(h) Where a purchase is refunded for any reason, any Koala Koins earned for that purchase will be deducted from your Koala Koins balance.
The ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program is operated on a fair use basis, and ikOala reserves the right to monitor individual customer use of the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program to ensure that customers are using the program fairly. Any customer deemed to not be using the ikOala Koala Koins loyalty program fairly will be contacted and will risk having their Koala Koins account reduced or cancelled without recourse.
