The ikOala “You Beaut” Customer Guarantee is our guarantee to you that we will assist you to try and resolve any issues that you may have with products or delivery. That’s our pledge to you.
Here’s How It All Works:
It’s as Easy as 1, 2, 3 … and 4!
- 1. If you have purchased a product from a marketplace seller and it is faulty, doesn’t arrive or wasn’t what was described in the listing, you can contact the Seller directly through your ikOala account dashboard by selecting the relevant order and choosing “Contact Seller”. The seller will assist you directly with your claim. Each Seller offers different conditions regarding the return of products, so please ensure that you read the specific terms on the product page prior to purchase.
- 2. ikoala Sellers will usually try to fix the problem quickly for you, but in the unlikely event that the issue is not resolved, ikOala is here to help.
- 3. In the event that you are unhappy with the remedy offered by the marketplace seller, or you believe the remedy is not in accordance with the ACL, please request the Seller to escalate your claim to an ikOala representative and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- And 4.We will work with you and the Seller to ensure that you receive the right outcome in accordance with the specific Seller policies.
